I love that video .
This summer we had a full-day with the 100 or so university students who
were working for Canada Post Head Office during their 3 month holiday. Our
goal was to suck information out of their Gen Y brains. The CIO then told
us to pick up to 10 of them to work with our team over the summer - plucking
them out of whatever role they had been performing for the past 5 weeks.
We opened the day with that video and this one, The Machine is
